  • 1998- Founder and Director of MES(top ten distinguished non-government school in Hangzhou )
  • 2007-2009- Coordinator and Interpreter of UNESCO Educational Innovation Forum
  • 2000- Business advisor of Hangzhou Huakang Chemical  CO., LTD, top three Xylitol  export corporation in the world
  • 2003-- Business Coordinator of Zhejiang Boshihua Environmental Engineering Co., LTD in business negotiations and technology transfer among Germany, Japan and Taiwan.
  • 1993-1997 Standing Director and founder of Hangzhou Victoria English School from Taiwan

Research and Business Interest

  • lProvide a practical intercultural and professional training of various business skills for both experienced business students and pre-experience students in international business.
  • Develop a new and innovative English training system and center for ESL teachers in teaching Chinese young learners to communicate in English in China
